Supporting Grief Through TRE®: A 3-Part Series
Join us for this 3-part series exploring Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and how it can support the body through grief and life's many transitions.
Grief is experienced throughout the whole body. Along with emotional pain, the nervous system can hold stress, tension, and overwhelm. TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice developed by Dr. David Berceli that activates the body's natural tremoring mechanism to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and resilience.
Over three sessions, you'll learn the TRE® process and develop the skills to use this simple, lifelong self-care practice to support greater balance, well-being, and your capacity to navigate grief and change.
Sundays: Sept. 13th, 20th and 27th | 3:30-5:00 PM
Calming Grounds | 3866 Johns Street, Madison, WI 53714
