Timothy Navin

Timothy Kiley Navin, age 47, of Madison, Wisconsin, passed away on January 14, 2022. He died suddenly at home due to complications from cancer.

Tim will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 19 years, Miriam, and his children, Tessa and Maxwell. Tim was beloved by his family and is survived by his father James and siblings Mike, Paul (Stacey), Dan (Julie), and Ann.  He was preceded in death by his mother Janet Navin (Fagan).

Tim was born on February 25th, 1974 in Oconomowoc, WI, the fifth of five children of James and Janet Navin. He enjoyed both academics and athletics while attending Oconomowoc HS and graduated in 1992. He continued his education and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1997 with a B.A. degree in Biology.  He loved Madison and decided to make it his home for his adult life. He worked as a medical trainer and manager for a Madison-based medical device company for the past 16 years.

Tim was a loving husband, father, son, brother, friend and role model.  He had a quick and brilliant mind and left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of many. He is forever remembered for his quick wit, dry sense of humor, thoughtfulness, and ability to always remain a friend to many throughout his life. Those who knew Tim were blessed to have intricate conversations with him on a wide range of topics as he was an avid reader and was contemplative in his perspectives.  He was also an ardent golfer and devoted Badger and Packer fan.

Tim will be buried at the Forest Hills Cemetery in Madison.
