Wilma Croissant

OXFORD/DEFOREST-Wilma H. Croissant (Bast) passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. Wilma was born on October 24, 1929 in Madison to William and Eleanor (Whitish) Bast. She married Clarence Croissant on January 15, 1954 at Fort Hood,TX while he was stationed in the army.

Wilma took much pride in her family and raising her children. She also dedicated many years to working as a kitchen associate in the VA Hospital in Madison.Unrelenting love for all her pets, At any time, Wilma loved to make it known that she a huge Green Bay Packers fan!

Wilma is survived by her children Clarence "Preston" Croissant of Destrhan, LA, Paul (Lisa) Croissant of DeForest, Matt Croissant of Madison,and Mike Croissant of Madison; 12 grandchildren; and 36 great� grandchildren. She is further survived by brother-in-law Elroy (Marcella) Croissant of Sun Prairie; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Wilma is preceded in death by her husband Clarence; sister Betty; two daughters Naomi and Nicki;daughter-in-law Beverly; and grandson Duane.

Gathering will be from 10-11:30 AM on Monday, June 11,2018 at the Cress Funeral Home,1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:30 AM. In lieu of
flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Road, Madison,WI 53718.
