Madison – William Joseph “Bill” Parmenter, age 75, passed away peacefully on Friday March 11, 2022, in Madison. He was born July 30, 1946, in Grand Rapids, MI. to the late William and Mary (Mentzer) Parmenter. Bill received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and his master's degree from the University of Illinois.
Bill is survived by his wife Penny Eiler; brother James Parmenter, and sister Susan Nelson. He is preceded in death by his parents.
A private burial will be at Natural Path Sanctuary in Verona.
Memorials may be made to the Natural Path Sanctuary, 2299 Spring Rose Rd, Verona, WI 53593.
