William Young

William R Young age 61, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Agrace Hospice Care. He was born May 18, 1953 in Stoughton, WI, the son of James and Mary (Chambliss) Young who preceded him in death. He married Barb (Ferrie) Young on May 10, 1975 in Madison, WI.
William has worked for 30 plus years at Bou-Matic. When he was not working he enjoyed camping with his family at Pride of America. Bill liked to hunt, tinker with peddle toy tractors, sports fan of golf, Badgers and Packers. Enjoyed spending lots of time with his granddaughters and his "Granddog" Rodney.
William is survived by his wife Barb, children William R. Young Jr., Rebecca S Young (Dominic Abitante), grandchildren Samantha, Hailey, Julia and Alyvia Young. He is also survived by his sisters Phyllis Hubred and Shirley Young and his brother James (Dolores) Young and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Cooksville Lutheran Church, 11927 West Church Street, Cooksville, WI 53536 with Pastor Katya Onchakof presiding. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Cress Funeral Home, 206 West Prospect Street, Stoughton, WI. Additional visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service at church on Monday. Bill will be laid to rest at Cooksville Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon immediately following the burial.
