MADISON, WI/CENTERVILLE, OH

McCormick, William S. (Bill) age 77, of Centerville, OH passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Saturday, March 26, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Agnes McCormick.

Survivors include his brother Dr. Patrick McCormick, MD of Orland Park, IL, 5 nieces and nephews and several other relatives.

He was a 1956 graduate of Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart, graduate of Marquette University, and received his Doctorate Degree in Engineering from University of Wisconsin Madison. He was a full professor at Wright State University where he taught for over 30 years.

Friends may call from 5-8 pm Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave., at Rahn Road, Dayton, Ohio.

A committal service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at RESURRECTION CATHOLIC CEMETERY CHAPEL, 2705 Regent Street, Madison, with Father Thomas Saucier, O.P. presiding.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart 2219 Monroe Madison, Wisconsin 53711.
