William E. Lee

William E. Lee, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2009 at his home in Madison.   He was born in LaCrosse on August 30, 1938, a son of Ronald and Elsa (Molstad) Lee.   Bill enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas, and betting.   He was a licensed pilot, and had a great interest in airplanes and trains.   He was a very intelligent and engaging man who enjoyed discussing and debating on a wide variety of topics.   He is survived by his daughter, Rene (Anne Jones) Lee; a brother, David (Darlene) Lee; a grand daughter, Amanda Rene (Rigo Keller) Lee, and close friend, Dana Schulter.   He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Charles Allen Lee.   A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 from 4 to 8 pm at the Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton.   Causal attire is welcome; please come as you are comfortable.     Olson-Holzhuter-Cress 206 W Prospect Ave Stoughton 608-873-9244
