Sun Prairie- William P Davis, age 69, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on September 11th, 2012.
Bill was a caring, giving and generous family man. His love of life and his incredible sense of humor will be remembered by all. Bill was proud of all that he accomplished in business but he was more proud of his great relationships with family and the many lives he touched and influenced. He was survived by his wife, Karen, and their two children Christi Winchel of Sun Prairie, and Bill Davis of Lake Mills; His grandchildren Cassidy Davis, Amanda Davis, Carli Stephan, Samantha Stephan and Jacey Winchel; His sisters, Janice Colglazier of Missouri Valley, Iowa and Twyla Davis of Montello, Wisconsin and her son, Gary Koerner of Monona, Wisconsin; Also his brother and sister in laws from North Dakota and many nephews and nieces from various states. Our family would like to thank the liver transplant team, doctors, nurses, CNA's, and all the support staff of UW Hospital that took such loving care of Bill and his family.
