Wanda Peterson

Stoughton - Wanda Peterson, age 89, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on April 4, 1927 in West Virginia, the daughter of Henry and Ettie (Jackson) Higgins. She married Jerry Peterson on January 20, 1962 in Aurora, Illinois.

Wanda will be dearly missed by all who loved her. The family would also like to thank all of her care givers; especially Agrace HospiceCare, Dr. Guirish Agni, and Stoughton Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Jerry; and also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers; 3 sisters; 2 children, Margaret and Barbara.

No services will be held at her request.
