Virginia 'Ginny' C. Santos

Virginia 'Ginny' C. Santos, age 73, passed away at her home in Stoughton on Friday, April 24, 2009.   She was born in Muscoda on December 28, 1935, a daughter of Edward and Blanche (Yarish) Schneider.   On February 20, 1954, she was united in marriage to William Santos.   Ginny loved her family and children.   She raised seven children, as well as grandchildren and many foster children.   She enjoyed ceramics, puzzles, cards and crocheting.   Ginny is survived by five children, Brian (Peggy), Tina, Mary, Kim (Don) and Amy (Jeff) Elsner; and five grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her husband Bill; two sons, David and Ed; and a grand daughter, Ashley.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church, 323 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton with Monsignor Gerard Healy officiating.   Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery in Stoughton.   The family will greet friends at church on Tuesday from 9:00 am until the time of service.
