Victor L. Galindo

Victor Lee Galindo, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Born on December 23, 1934 in Pittsburgh, Kansas, Victor was a devoted husband to Alice Galindo; loving father to Alan Galindo, Andy (Kim) Galindo, and Sonja (Steve) Flowers; a loving grandfather to Justin (Erin) Tanksley, Colin (Haley) Galindo, Logan (Kat) Polack, Devin Galindo, LJ Luthringer, Kelli Luthringer, and Kevin Luthringer; and a loving great-grandfather to Savannah, Beighley and Aubreigh Tanksley, Lennon and Charli Polack, Nahla Ali, and Hunter Powell.

Victor spent over 20 years in the United States Air Force serving his country and protecting the ones he loved. After retiring from the United States Air Force, Victor worked in the Service Industry impacting countless lives with his dedication and mentorship. Victor was a strong character, known for his integrity, kindness and unwavering support for his family. One of Victor’s favorite hobbies was fishing no matter where he was. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 am on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Cress SUN PRAIRIE. A memorial service with full military honors will follow at 11:00 am.
