Troy A. Strommen

Stoughton- Troy A. Strommen, age 34, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Middleton Village.   He was born in Stoughton on February 1, 1975, the son of Truman and Patty (Johnson) Strommen.   Troy attended Stoughton High School.   He was employed by the UW Police Department.   Troy is survived by his parents; sister, Tracy (Jeff) Doyle; and nephew, Trent Carpenter.   Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 28, 2009 at Covenant Lutheran Church, 1525 N. Van Buren Street, Stoughton, with Rev. Mark Petersen officiating.   Burial will follow in Lutheran Cemetery South.   Friends may greet the family from 12 noon until the time of service on Monday.   A special thank you to the staff of Middleton Village Nursing Home.
