Tony Fleming

April 20, 1943 — August 13, 2015

Anthony A. Fleming 72 of Madison, WI, passed away August 13, 2015, at the Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland, CO, after post-surgery complications while on vacation in Colorado.

Anthony (Tony) Fleming was born April 20, 1943, in West Bloomfield, WI, to Alfred Alvin Kutzleb and Hilda Kempf Kutzleb the fifth of nine children. He grew up on various farms in the Neenah WI area. He learned to work at an early age and never stopped moving after that. He was an active, energetic and generous guy who was always willing to give a helping hand or lend his numerous tools or play toys out to his friends. Tony was a loving and kind person who always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

Tony and Pat enjoyed many years of travel including Florida, Arizona and Hawaii as well as camping in the National Parks and the Canadian Rockies. They also made many good friends at their campsite in Algoma, WI, and greatly enjoyed yearly fall adventures up north with their dear friends, Pat, Larry, Huong and Ray.

Tony was a skillful maintenance engineer employed at WI Property Management and the Edgewater Hotel where he met his good buddies, Brian, Brice and Jason.
Tony was passionate about hunting and fishing and made great venison jerky and smoked catfish to share with his family and friends.

Tony is survived by his wife Patricia and his children, Sherri (Jim) Immel, Appleton and his son Scott Kutzleb. Ripon, WI. He leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Nathan and Ryan (camping buddies), Justin, Kayla and Paul and two great granddaughters, Brook and Ava. He also survived by his siblings, Diane (Dave) Theuret, Oshkosh, WI, Ronald (Betty) Kutzleb, Neshkoro, WI, Kathy Krause, Pine River, WI, Bonnie (Ian) Wilson, Redgranite, WI, Sue (Steve) Paul, Sherwood, WI, and Karna (Gary) Edinger, Cross Junction, VA. Also his uncle Chet Kempf Glendale, AZ and his uncle Merlin Kempf Wautoma, WI, as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews survive him.

Tony was preceded in death by his grandson, Thomas Harlow 1995, daughter Michelle Kutzleb 2012, granddaughter Melissa Harlow 2013, his parents and brothers Eugene and Gary Kutzleb.

A funeral service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Sun Prairie Cemetery in Sun Prairie. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Tony will be deeply missed and always remembered by his wife Pat. All of Tony's family and friends will miss his energetic personality, sense of humor, smile, and his numerous stories and jokes. While in the hospital Tony wrote I Love You All. We All Love Tony now and forever and he will always live on in our hearts until we meet again.
