Thomas Roger Johnson

Stoughton- Thomas 'Tom' Roger Johnson, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at HospiceCare in Fitchburg.   He was born in Stoughton on April 16, 1948, a son of Roger M. and Marian O. (Moen) Johnson.   Tom was a devout Christian man, and his church meant everything to him.   He was an avid stock car racing fan.   Tom loved to go out to eat and enjoyed the people he visited with there.   He is survived by his sister, Mary (Daniel) Ramsden, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.   He was preceded in death by his parents and many other relatives.   Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 17, 2009 at 11:00 am at Lake City Church, 4909 East Buckeye Rd., Madison, with the Rev. John Ruck officiating.   Burial will follow at Lutheran Cemetery South in Stoughton.   The family will greet friends at church on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.   Special thanks to HospiceCare.
