Thomas Johnson

OREGON / EVANSVILLE - Thomas J. Johnson, also known as "Belushi," age 46, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at UW Hospital, surrounded by family and friends, following a brief illness. He was born in South Dakota and graduated from Oregon High School and M.A.T.C.
Tom enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and the Packers.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann. He is survived by his father, James, of Oregon; his brother, Richard (Brenda), of New Glarus; and his girlfriend, Patti.
There will be an informal gathering of friends and family at the Holy Mother of Consolation Catholic Church, in Consolation Hall, 651 N. Main St., Oregon, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014.
