Thomas B. Hall

MADISON- Thomas Briscoe Hall, passed away on September 22, 2023. He was born on December 27, 1941 in Huntington, WV to John and Virginia (Mills) Hall.  Tom married Cleo (Alexander) Hall on May 16, 1970 in San Francisco.  Tom was in the Airforce, was a car mechanic and courier, enjoyed sports, car racing, weather tracking, music, and art.  Tom lived for many years in Huntington, D.C., Jacksonville, San Francisco, Sun Prairie, and Leeds.  He lived an enjoyable life and likened it at times to a political cartoon.

Tom is survived by his wife Cleo, his children (grandchildren) Henry Hall (Hazel and Heika), Shonee (John) Pienkowski (Zane and Samantha), Thomas (Beth) Hall (Cooper, Katie, and Maisy), and Mitchell Hall, also by his sisters Judy Serafin and Sally (Jeff) Piehl, and brother John Hall, and many relatives and dear friends. 

Tom was preceded in death by his son Morgan, parents John and Virginia, and brother-in-law Frank Serafin.
