Theresa Eng

Stoughton- Theresa L. Eng, age 97, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Skaalen Heritage Center. She was born on the family farm in Pleasant Springs on August 25, 1919. Theresa completed her nursing training in Cook County, IL and proudly served as a registered nurse until her retirement. She married Edward Eng who preceded her in death. Theresa is survived by her brother, Richard (Charlotte) Hanson; brother-in-law, Lyall (Elaine) Eng; many nieces and nephews; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward; and sister, Edna Roum. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at West Koshkonong Lutheran Church, 1911 Koshkonong Road, Stoughton, with Rev. Richard Dowling officiating. Burial will follow in West Koshkonong Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon, in the church fellowship hall, following the burial. Friends may greet the family from 10:00 AM until the time of services at church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Women of West Koshkonong Lutheran Church.
