In Loving Memory


Terry E. Schrader, age 54, of Deforest, passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2016 at Meriter Hospital. He was born September 7, 1961 to Harry W. and Linda R. (Tabor) Schrader of Sun Prairie.
Terry was a sweet loving man with a quick wit who could make anyone smile. He enjoyed the little things in life; camping, fishing, hunting and bee keeping. He also enjoyed spending time with his dog Bailey. He was an avid trapper and spent most of his time checking traps with his trapping buddy and hanging out with his grandson, who he adored. Terry worked at Madison Kipp for 34 years, 19 of which he managed the maintenance department. He did the work of 10 men; he was a real life superman and was dedicated and passionate about his work.

He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Linda Imberg of Deforest; his children Chad M. Schrader of Sun Prairie, Tayler R. (Justin Statz) Schrader of Sun Prairie; grandson Jackson T. Statz of Sun Prairie; mother Linda R. Schrader of Sun Prairie; siblings Kenneth Schrader of Columbus, Marsha (Gary Vacha) Swanson of Sun Prairie, Evelyn Schrader of Sun Prairie and Janice Schrader of Sun Prairie and countless nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Harry W. Schrader. A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Cress Funeral Home, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie.


He is loved dearly and will be missed by all his family and friends.
