Terry Wayne Dickinson

Terry Wayne Dickinson, age 68, a longtime resident of Verona WI passed away unexpectedly on June 20^th, 2023.

Terry was born in Beaver Dam on May 10, 1955, to Donna and Dwaine Dickinson. Terry graduated from Madison West High School and Edgewood College.  Terry was a great man who loved life and learning “how things worked”!  He enjoyed playing and listening to music and spending time with family.  He truly loved his role as Grandpa! He will be remembered for his wit, humor and love of puns, Terry loved  to travel to the ocean with his loving wife, Rosalinda, his unparalleled work ethic, and his unwavering ability to “be there” when people needed him the most. Terry had a big heart and was a great provider for his family. While his plans were cut a bit short, he very much enjoyed the planning of a retirement tour of sorts where he planned to “play the pubs” in Ireland.  Terry lived a great life that will be remembered by all his family and friends alike.

Terry was an employee at Group Health Cooperative and Meriter hospital where he worked as a Medical Technologist.   

Terry is survived by his loving wife Rosalinda and her son Russell, his children; Shannon, Nick, and Sean Dickinson, his grandchildren Madison Ramsey and Rory and Riley Dickinson, and his siblings Maureen Menendez, Sharon Edwards, Keith Dickinson, Christine McCollum, and Jean Carrasquillo.

He was preceded in death by his sons Matthew and Ryan Dickinson, his parents Donna and Dwaine Dickinson, and his brother Scott Dickinson.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at 3 pm, July 13^th, 2023, at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Rd, Madison WI 53705., Visitation will be from 1:30 pm until the time of the service.
