Terrence "Terry" Glodowski lost his 2 year battle with Multiple Myeloma/Plasma Cell Leukemia on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Terry was born on February 16, 1955 to Tony and Edna Glodowski in Stevens Point, WI. He was united in marriage to Debra Paugh on August 28, 1982 in Stevens Point. Terry graduated from Pacelli High School in 1973 and the UW-Stevens Point in 1977 with a BS degree in Sociology. Terry was a true advocate for persons with disabilities which started with the love and care for his father who became blind when Terry was just a boy. His dedication to those with limitations began with a disabled Boy Scout Troop in the 70's and spanned to his own business that he started in 1987 to help persons with disabilities find employment. Terry lived life to its fullest in both work and play. He traveled extensively and made friends wherever he went. His networking abilities opened the doors to many functions and special events held in places all over the country. He received numerous awards for his work from WI Rehabilitation Assoc., National Rehabilitation Assoc., Equal Opportunities Commission, WI Dept. of Vocational Rehabilitation, JPD and the National Registry of Vocational Rehabilitation. Terry helped many people during his lifetime and was always there to lend a helping hand to whoever needed it. He will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Terry is survived by his wife, Deb; mother, Edna Glodowski; brother, Bruce (Karen) Glodowski; brothers-in-law, Robert (Toya) Paugh and Thomas Paugh; parents-in-law, Bill and Dee Paugh; nieces, Valerie, Monica, Nicole and Alison Glodowski; and his best buddy, Ernie.
