Sural Lee Ward

Madison -- Sural Lee Ward, Age 69, died on Sunday, December 20, 2009, at Capitol Lakes Nursing Home. She was born on February 2, 1940 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Morris and Helen (Silverstien) Cohen. Lee was united in marriage to Albert Ward on August 15, 1967. She worked for the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue for 39 years.

She is survived by her sons, Robert (Lisa) Barto and Dwayne Barto; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Albert Ward.

Funeral services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison. Visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison, on Monday, December 28, 2009, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
