Suellen Lamb

SUN PRAIRIE - It is with great sadness that the family of Suellen Nan (Keller) Lamb announces her passing on Friday, January 19, 2018, at the age of 75. Suellen is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Javier) Alvarez, grandson Samuel Alvarez; sisters Harriet (Michael) McGaffin and Emily (Denis) Elliott; as well as three nieces: Deanne (Daniel) Sulla, Allison (Ryan) Cregger, and Erin (Brett) Berry; one nephew: Robert (Michele) McGaffin; and many grand nieces and nephews.

The eldest daughter of Harry and Nanthea Keller, Suellen grew up in Monmouth, IL. She graduated Monmouth College in 1964 with a degree in English, which she initially used to teach elementary education and later applied to her detail-oriented work in the business world. She spent a number of years in various capacities at Marmet Window Company and Wausau Metals Corporation both located in Wausau, WI; and retired from Marshall Erdmann and Associates of Madison, WI in 2007.

Suellen enjoyed singing, baking, writing, reading, and spending time with family.

She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, generous heart, fun sense of humor, love of chocolate, and her traditional Christmas cinnamon rolls.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wed Jan 24, 2018 at SUN PRAIRIE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 702 North St. Sun Prairie with Rev. Jenny Arneson presiding. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church on Wed.
