Shirley Sanders

McFarland- Shirley Sanders, age 53, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Viroqua on May 13, 1960, the daughter of Argyle and Ruby (Lang) Revels. On August 18, 1979 Shirley married Francis "Jim" Sanders. She loved to bake cookies and was well known for her banana bread during the holidays. Shirley also enjoyed bead work and plastic canvas. She is survived by her husband, Jim; two children, Jeremy and Jennifer; two grandchildren, Logan and Alexianna; her mother, Ruby; and many nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Argyle; and brother, David Revels. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2014 in the chapel of Agrace HospiceCare Inc, 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be dispersed to Shirley's favorite charities.
