Shanta Omernick

Madison - Shanta T. Omernick, age 38, passed away peacefully at UW Hospital on Sept. 6th, 2012. She was born on Feb. 21st 1974 in Colorado to Lenette Omernick. She soon moved to Madison, WI where she spent the rest of her life. She is survived only by her 4 children, Camren James-Omernick, Tatianna, Tayveon, and Saveaae. The Shanta Omernick memorial fund has been started on behalf of her children, any donations may be mailed to The Shanta Omernick Memoral Fund c/o US Bank 2311 Windsor St. Sun Prairie, WI 53590 or any US Bank location.

A memorial service will be be held at The Fraternal of Eagles Club, 2109 Bartillon Drive, Madison WI on Saturday Sept. 15th from 10 AM to 12pm.
