Samuel James Dean, age 55 passed away October 6, 2015 surround by family and friends. His strength and bravery will always be remembered.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents Wilma Richard-Dean and Dempsey Dean.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter Samantha Dean (Illinois) and granddaughter De'Arie Williams (Illinois); two sisters Mary Dean (Wisconsin) and Patricia Smith (Oklahoma); two brothers James Richard (Oklahoma) and Benny Dean (Oklahoma); and host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
