Ruth M. Ratzlow, age 92, of Sun Prairie, died Friday, May 4, 2018, at Waunakee Manor. She was born March 29, 1926, in Sun Prairie, the daughter of Ernest and Helen ( Skram) Kreger. Prior to her retirement in 1991, she was employed by Wisconsin Porcelain for 45 years. Then she was invited to work at Sentry Foods in the bakery where she worked for 20 years. She was a Lifelong member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was an avid bowler and card player and loved to travel and visit casinos. On February 3, 1945, she was united in marriage to Marvin Ratzlow in Sun Prairie.

She is survived by her son Gary (Charlene) Ratzlow of Loves Park, IL and her daughter Karen (Doug Dummer) Squires of Sun Prairie; her 7 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren; her sister Ardis Schroeder and her sister in law Marge Kreger. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Funeral service will be held at Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 232 Windsor Street, Sun Prairie on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Shaun Arndt officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. Ruth will be laid to rest next to her husband at Roselawn Memorial Park.
