Ruby Schroeder

New Lisbon/Deerfield- Ruby Schroeder, age 81, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014 in Mauston. She was born in Stoughton on January 2, 1932, the daughter of Gordon and Clara Hanson.
Ruby was a longtime resident of Deerfield. She attended Oak Park Grade School and graduated from Deerfield High School. Ruby was a member of St. Paul's Liberty Lutheran Church and was active in the church circle many years ago. She loved going to garage sales and rummage sales. In recent years Ruby lived in Neenah, Hustler and New Lisbon.
She is survived by her three children, Douglas, Ronald and Debra; grandson; brother, Gordon; several nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Marjorie Kreuger.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2014 at St. Paul's Liberty Lutheran Church, 3494 Oak Park Road, Deerfield, with Rev. Holly Slater officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul's Liberty Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Liberty Lutheran Church.
