Rose G. Zahn

Rosemary “Rose” G. Zahn, age 75, passed away after an illness on Saturday, January 3, 2026 with her family by her side. She was born on May 26, 1950, the only daughter to Palmer and Esther (Rennicke) Gollnick. She was united in marriage to Dennis Zahn on June 4, 1966, and they had 46 great years together.

Rose worked at MPI in Deerfield for many years. She started as an operator and worked her way into many different office positions. She always cared about her co-workers and helped them whenever she could.

Rose enjoyed time with her family whether it was the whole family or just a few. She loved her children and grandchildren, and she stressed it was always “more than you know.”

Rose is survived by her three sons: Scott (Jackie), Brian (Becky), Andy Zahn; Sarah Inzeo; and Amy Zahn; grandchildren: Lena (Kevin) Paluch, Emily (Avery) Houston, Cody (Addie Bowman) Zahn, Jordan Zahn, Paige Zahn, Ethan Hagedorn, and Addison Hagedorn; two great-grandchildren: Skylar and Angeline; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Friends and family will gather at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at St. Paul’s Liberty Lutheran Cemetery, 3494 Oak Park Road, Deerfield, WI 53531 to bring Rose to her final place of rest. A luncheon gathering at the Education Building will follow interment services.
