Ronald Caucutt

MADISON- Ronald James Caucutt, age 92, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018. He was born on May 20, 1925 in Wauwatosa, WI. Ron was brought up by his grandparents in the rural Hillsboro area.

Ronald came to Madison when he was twelve years old. He graduated from Central High School and then spent three years in the U.S. Army.
Ronald was employed by Gardner Baking Company for 46 years. Several of his former employees said, "He was the best boss we ever had."

Ronald married Charlene (Jinx) Borchardt on August 7, 1948. They have three sons, Ronald Cecil married to Diane (Butterfield), David married to Maureen (O'Connor), and Theodore married to Jean (Owens). Ronald has 17 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.

Ronald was a Mason and a Shriner. He was also a member of Lake Ripley Country Club for many years.

Badger Prairie Health Care Center provided exceptional care for Ron. The family will be forever grateful for their loving compassion.
Visitation will be from 10:30-11:00 AM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at St. John Lutheran Church, 322 East Washington Ave. with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Internment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park for friends and family.

Memorials are appreciated to St John's Lutheran Church Emergency Fund supporting various local downtown community needs.
