Rickey Collins

Madison - Rickey "Pretty Rickey" Collins, age 44, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at UW-Hospital. He was born on Aug. 13, 1971, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Mack and Rendie (Collins) Blunt. Rickey enjoyed listening to music and trying to beat his nephews at basketball. He was a generous person that was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed dearly. Rickey is survived by his loving fianc�e, Tina Rose; six children; siblings, Johnny Gill, Tommy Lee (Jackie) Collins, Cherry (June Jackson) Collins, Mitchell (Linda) Collins, Michael Collins, Linda Collins, Dwayne Collins, Renee Green and Mack (Stephanie) Collins; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rendie Collins; and father, Mack Blunt. Funeral Services will be held at MIRACLES OF LIFE OUTREACH MINISTRY, 329 Coyier Ln, Madison, at noon, on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, with the Rev. Dwayne Collins presiding. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon following the burial at the VFW Post 7591, 301 Cottage Grove Rd., Madison, WI 53716.
