Richard Rogers

Madison - Richard J. Rogers, age 66, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017, at his home in Madison. He was born on February 23, 1951, Madison, Wisconsin, the son of Fred and Patricia (LaMore) Rogers. Richard served in Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was united in marriage to Karen Alexander on May 14, 1977. Richard worked for Demco for 25 years and MSCR for 30 plus years. He was an avid bowler.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Rogers; sons, Thomas (Julie) Rogers and Jason Rogers; twin sisters, Jeannie Rogers and Judy Triggs; step grand-children, Lucas and Emily Kessel; nephews, Bryan (Holly Brown) Gage and David (Ashley Mroz) Triggs; other relatives and friends.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison, on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service.
