Richard Mueller

Middleton- Mueller, Richard Edward, our brother, friend, and father of three wonderful children left us all with heavy hearts on March 22, 2014.
Rich's favorite times were spent with his family discussing Badger basketball, football, and of course the Green Bay Packers, usually over a meal that he had prepared. His passion for cooking, it had to be just right, led to a greater passion, baking. His cheese cakes, and personal favorite, Fudge Bottom Pie were beyond words. If invited as a guest he would always ask, "Would you like me to bring a dessert?" Yes Rich, but bring two.
Rich's greatest love was for his three children, Cain, Reid, and Draesen. A very proud father who trailed all his children's sporting events or school activities happily. He was an exceptional father and a man who took advantage of every second chance he was granted.
Rich is also survived by his sister Kathy (Brewster) Shaw, brothers John and Peter (Rose). Rich, thank you for being such a great brother and father. We love you beyond words. Thank you! Thank You!
A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm with a celebration of Rich's life starting at 2pm at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI. 53705.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for the kids college education. P.S. Hit it straight! and chuckle if you do!
