Stoughton - Richard L. Jacobsen, age 91, passed away on December 4, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Covenant Lutheran Church, 1525 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton. Visitation will be held from 10 A.M. until the time of service on Tuesday. Family and friends are invited to a meal following the service. Richard will be laid to rest at Lutheran Cemetery South.
