Madison - Richard A. Blair Jr., age 54 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. He was born on March 19, 1961, the son of Richard A. Sr and Delpha W. (Miller) Blair.

A gathering to celebrate Richard's life will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 5:00pm to 7:00pm at PORCH LIGHT, 4002 Nakoosa Trail, Madison, WI 53714.

Richard will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
