Renee Beuscher

The heavens gained a most beautiful angel on Thursday, January 14th, 2016. Renee Susan (Koski) Beuscher was born on November 7th, 1955 in St. Louis Park, MN to June (Halvorson) and Melvin Koski. She graduated from Germantown High School and Mount Mary College. Renee married Alan Beuscher on September 20th, 1980. Renee and Alan moved to Sun Prairie in 1982. At that time, Renee became a member of Saint Albert the Great church. She spent much of her career in the insurance industry.

Renee was a loving, supportive mother to Sara (Andy) Spatola and Brad (Kristin) Beuscher. She would attend every school or sport related activity, lend an ear or a hand whenever needed and instilled a strong faith formation in her children. Renee was a cherished grandmother to Lydia and Layla Spatola and Jacob Beuscher. She took her role of grandmother to heart by teaching family traditions, spending time together baking, coloring pictures and most of all showing unconditional love.

In addition to her husband, children, and grandchildren, Renee is further survived by her sister, Donna (Greg) Rust; brother, David Koski; Uncle, Lawrence Halvorson; mother-in-law Helen Beuscher; brothers-in-law, Richard (Cheryl) Beuscher, and Dennis (Pamela) Beuscher; and sister-in-law, Lorene (Daniel) Stratil. Renee is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Alan Koski, grandparents, and father-in-law Henry, Beuscher.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2420 St. Albert Drive, Sun Prairie on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Douglas Dushack presiding. A visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, on Monday, January 18, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the mass.

We thank the staff at St. Mary's including Father Pat, St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, all of the family and friends who have supported Renee and our family. Your prayers and kindness are much appreciated.
