Reine Rothblatt

MADISON – Reine A Rothblatt, 86, of Madison, passed away at her residence on September 10, 2020. She was born on October 26, 1933 in New York state.

Reine is survived by her beloved daughter, Naomi (Mark) Shumway; grandchildren, Riley, and Katrina Shumway; step-grandchildren, Janet and Michael Shumway; nephews, Murray Kapell, Brian Kapell, Cheryl (Gary) Lerner, Dan (Jayne) Rothblatt, Andre (Anastasia) Rothblatt, Raul (Jennifer) Rothblatt; sister, Wilma Nihil; sister-in-law, Agnes Rothblatt; brother-in-law, Andy Rothblatt. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David; brother, Shike Rothblatt; parents-in-law, Benjamin and Clara Rothblatt; beloved family member, Amy Shumway; and her mother, Ana Wurtz.
