In Loving Memory of

Ralph Y. Lee, age 95, of Whitewater died peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Fairhaven Retirement Community in Whitewater. He was born in Whitewater on August 12, 1919. Ralph was a WW II veteran and served with the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1945 in the Mediterranean theatre including North Africa and Italy. He married Jean E. Zwieg from Elkhorn on May 7, 1943 prior to his overseas duties and she preceded him in death in 2010.

He is survived by one son, Ned (Judy) Lee of Whitewater; two daughters Ginger (Harvey) Winn of Waunakee and Mary (John) Seizer of Whitewater; three grandchildren, Nick (Bridget) Lee and Sari and Jay Winn; and two great-grandchildren, Alex and Makenna Lee; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean and one son, Rodney.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Tues., December 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Fuzzy Pig restaurant, N8660 Clover Valley Rd., Whitewater, WI.

Private burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Whitewater.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Fairhaven for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Ralph. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairhaven Retirement Community.
