Madison- Rachel Jean Gradel-Marks, age 65, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at UW Hospital in Madison. She is survived by her loving husband, John Marks; children, Carina "Carrie" (Mark) Kellogg and Chris Gradel; grandchildren, Vanessa and Keagan Kellogg; parents, Elton and Rachel Ott; brothers, Ed, John, Stanley; and sister, Janice Schmidt. Jean was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Ott. A celebration of Jean's life will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Cress Funeral Service, 3325 E. Washington Avenue, Madison.
