Norman Bradford, age 79, of Cross Plains/Verona passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at his residence in Verona following a brief illness.

Norman was born May 17, 1947, to Russell and Betty (Duncan) Bradford. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran where he served in the Army from 1966 to 1972. He married Bonnie Manahan on July 3rd, 1969, in Cooksville, Il and they had two daughters. He had a few jobs in his life including driving a semi, Farming, Rental Manager at Johnson True Value in Cross Plains, and retiring from the Middleton “A to Z Rental”.

Norman was a member of the Cross Plains Legion Post 245.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie of 57 years, two daughters Toni (Derek) Statz, Tami (Mike) Carron, and his pride and joy grandson Jacob Statz. He is further survived by his brother, Mike (Shelia) Bradford.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home at 11:45. Burial will follow at St Martins Cemetery in Martinsville.

In lieu of flowers the family will designate a memorial at a later time.
