Phillip Wilcox

Phillip R. Wilcox, 27, of Madison died suddenly on Saturday, August 6, 2016 after a long struggle with addiction. He enjoyed spending time with family, listening and making music, skateboarding, reading, writing, cooking, and watching movies.

Phil leaves behind his parents, Patty and Pat O'Rourke, a sister, Leanna and a brother, Killian all of Madison, also a sister, Brandi of Graham, Texas. Maternal aunts, Tammy and Mary, an uncle, Chad, and cousins, Blake and Shelby all of Maryville, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pat Popelka.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 13, at 11:00 a.m. at Cress Funeral Home located at 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made payable to Patty O'Rourke to be given to Parent Addiction Network of Dane County or to the charity of your choice.
