Phillip Alioto

Madison-Phillip Jasper Alioto was born February 10th, 1957. He passed away suddenly on October 4th 2013, surrounded by his family and friends. He was raised in Madison, Wisconsin where he graduated from West High School in 1975 and the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1979. He worked as a Fraud Investigator at the DMV and was proud to retire on November 9, 2012. He loved family vacations, fishing, and his yearly Musky camping trip with his best friends. He was an incredible father, husband, son, brother, and friend, and he will be forever loved and never forgotten. He will be walking his daughter down the aisle next Saturday in spirit. He is survived by his wife, Laurie Alioto; his children Brittany, Peter, Matthew, Kayley, Maggie Alioto and future son-in-law, Sam Sahakian; his parents Joan and Phillip Alioto; his siblings Susie, Mike, Patsy and Sandy Alioto; his brother-in-law Kim Johnson; his nephews Jeff Johnson and Andy Henter; and his niece and godchild Sammie Henter. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway, Road. A visitation will take place from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
