Paul Guenther

Cross Plains: Paul F. Guenther, age 60, passed away at home comforted by Agrace HospiceCare on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, after a long struggle with diabetes. Paul was born in Milwaukee September 27, 1953. He is survived by his wife Juli; brother Patrick and his son Riley, daughter Kiya Bachmann, granddaughter, Ashley, son Jereme, brother-in-law Mike Fitzgerald, step mother Audrey, nieces Katie, Jenny Wilkenson, and Jill Organ, and nephew Ryan, and brother-in-laws Alan and Brian, and sister in law Karine. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Ione (Nugent) Guenther, and his beloved sister Mary. Paul worked for many years at Sub-Zero Freezer Co., and served in the Marine Corps. He loved being outdoors in nature, hunting, fishing and the Green Bay Packers. He most enjoyed the time spent with his loving wife and best friend, Juli, at their home in the country. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI 53705, with a prayer service at 7pm.
