Patrick Scheurell

Buckeye, AZ/McFarland- Patrick H. Scheurell, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in Arizona. He was born on October 12, 1934, the son of Joseph and Helen (Walsh) Scheurell. Patrick graduated from Delavan High School. He served in the U.S. Army. On June 15, 1963 Patrick married Patricia Veley. He retired as a salesman for Royle Printing Company of Sun Prairie. Patrick enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Kimberly (John) Shedd of New Mexico and Kellie (William) Monroe of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Kassidy and Seanna Shedd and Will and Jack Monroe; sister, Joyce (Harry) Larsen of Delavan; and many relatives and friends. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Tom and James; and sister, Joan Neubauer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 21, 2012 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5306 Main Street, McFarland, with Fr. Stephen Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Lower McFarland Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon, following the burial, in the church fellowship hall. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass on Monday at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
