Patricia M. Maranger

Stoughton- Patricia M. Maranger, age 67, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at her home in Stoughton.   She was born in Racine on May 3, 1942, a daughter of Philip and Margaret (Carney) Maranger.   On February 27, 1960, she was united in marriage to Bob Maranger in Racine.   Pat worked at Millfab, and Northwest Fabrics.   She made quilts and quilt pillows as a hobby and professionally for Ethan Allen and others.   Pat enjoyed going to craft shows and holiday shows with her sister, traveling with her husband, and going out to The Avenue Restaurant with family.   She is survived by her husband, Bob Maranger; daughter, Elaine (John) Thorstad; son, Bob Maranger; grandchildren, Dustin, Sarah and Stephanie; sister, Gwen (Tom) Steensen; brother, Mike Morris; and nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by a son, Steven Maranger.   In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's name to the Stoughton Senior Center.   Special thanks to HospiceCare.
