Celebrating the Life of Ona "Polly" Colliver

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Bristol Lutheran Church in Sun Prairie. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. with the service at 7:00 P.M. A brief reception will follow. As per Polly's wishes, in lieu of flowers, please make any contributions in Polly's name to Bristol Lutheran Church, 6835 N. Hwy. N, Sun Prairie, WI 53590. To get to the church, take Hwy. 151 to Sun Prairie and exit 103 to Bristol St./Hwy. N. Go north or left off the exit (away from town and toward the industrial park). Follow Hwy. N about 2 miles and look for the white fence on the left.
