Nicholas Koshalek

Verona - Nicholas Ryan Koshalek, age 29, died at his home on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. He was born on May 18, 1985 to Mark and Cynthia (Kovar) Koshalek in Madison. Nick's ability to draw was only surpassed by his passion for any form of art. He was a creative soul who will be missed by his friends and his family. Nick is survived by his mother, Cynthia; brothers, Justin and Chris; grandmother, Ruthetta Kovar; aunts and uncles, Jack and Norma Koshalek, Richard and Betty Koshalek, and Terry and Karen Kovar; and cousins, Anne (Markus Lahtinen) Koshalek Lahtinen. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark; grandparents, Franklin Kovar, and Ethel and Hubert Koshalek. A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
