Nathan Rall

STOUGHTON - Nathan Carl "Nate" Rall, 28 passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday September 17, 2013 in Stoughton.

Nathan was born, one of six children, on December 5, 1984 to George and Sheila (Dowling) Rall in a country farmhouse in Georgetown, PA. In 1992 he moved with his family to Stoughton WI. He always felt Pennsylvania was his home and dreamed to one day live there again. He was an avid Steelers fan and he never let you forget it. He was a graduate of Stoughton High School. He attended semi-truck driving school at Swift Driving School in Millington, TN, graduated and acquired his CDL in January of 2006. He was a proud trucker driver. He married Amanda (Miller) Rall on July 21, 2007.

Nathan was a husband, father, brother, nephew, cousin and more than anything; he was a friend. He was forever a kid at heart and loved most of all to be a kid with his own children. His children meant the world to him. The proudest father you could ever know. He was always telling stories of his girls and the things he had taught them. His generosity was shown in a willingness to do anything for a friend or brother. Nathan had a passion for motorcycles and really all things mechanical. He rode along with many brothers traveling down the road of life. He had a mischievous sense of humor and was always up for a prank to get a laugh.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; George A. Rall of Pittsburgh, PA and Dorothy V. (Harris) Rall of Pittsburgh, PA, and Sue O. Dowling of Midland, PA; aunts, Delores (Dowling) Mielke of Milwaukee, PA and Patricia (Dowling) of Stoughton, WI.

He is survived by his wife Amanda; daughters, Patsy Sue and Jocelyn Lee; parents, George and Sheila Rall of Stoughton, five siblings, George Rall Jr. of Portland, ME, Wendy Heisler of Pittsburgh, PA, Ben Hill of Madison, Daniel Hill of Stoughton and Seth Rall of Oceanside, CA; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Monday, September 23, 2013 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Stoughton. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 until 6 p.m. at Cress Funeral Home, Stoughton and also on Monday at church, one hour prior to Mass.
