Mindy Wiseman

Mindy Sue Wiseman, 60, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on October 22, 1955, in Alton, IL, the daughter of Alvin and Alene Wiseman. Mindy received her BS degree in botany at Southern Illinois University and a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois Chicago. Mindy had a long career as an occupational therapist with Care Wisconsin and was most recently employed as Senior Adult Services Professional at Jewish Social Services. Mindy was an avid hiker, cyclist and Master Gardner.

Mindy is survived by her mother Alene Wiseman, husband Mark Evans, sons Joshua and David Cubacub, sisters Marci Short and Devorah Barnett, and brother Meyer Wiseman.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Goodman Jewish Community Campus in Verona. Following the service, burial took place at Natural Path Sanctuary, Springrose Road, Verona.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Congregation Shaarei Shamayim, Ice Age Traill Alliance or Jewish Social Services of Madison.
