Mildred Mack

Madison: Mildred B. Mack, age 89, passed away peacefully Friday, October 24, 2014 at Oakwood West. She was born August 1, 1925, the daughter of Carl and Otillia (Olson) Benson. On June 10, 1945 Mildred was united in marriage to Corwin C. Mack at New Lisbon Methodist Church. They started their married lives on a farm outside of Camp Douglas until 1961 when they moved to Madison with their two sons. Mildred was employed by M&I Bank as a Personal Banking Assistant, and was a faithful member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Mildred is survived by her two sons, Jim (Anne) of Denver, and Tom (Jeanne) of Madison; five grandchildren, Kiley and Lauren (Jim), and Jessica, Christopher, and Rebecca (Tom), and her brother, Ken Benson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Corwin in 2003. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Monday, October 27, 2014 at BETHANY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 3910 Mineral Point Rd., Madison WI 53705 with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial contributions be made in Mildred's name to Bethany United Methodist Church, or Oakwood Foundation Inc., 6201 Mineral Point Rd., Madison, WI 53705.
