Micheal G. Morgan, age 59, of Madison died Sunday night, April 12, 2015, after a 13-year fight with Multiple Myeloma and Graft vs. Host Disease.

Born in Aransas Pass, Texas on December 16, 1955 to JoAnn and Wesley Morgan, Mike spent his life making people smile with his kindness and sense of humor. Along with those traits, his faith defined his life--it influenced how he accepted life's adversity and joys.

He and his wife of 36 years, Jennifer, moved to Wisconsin in 1981, where they raised a daughter, Beth, and a son, Patrick. They'll miss him greatly, as will his parents, siblings, in-laws, and many friends. And as much as they all might deny it, they'll miss his puns, too.

Friends and family will celebrate his life at 11:00 A.M on Friday, April 17, 2015, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Madison, 326 S. Segoe Rd, Madison.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center or the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

The Morgan family is immensely grateful to the physicians and nurses of UW Carbone Cancer Center Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic and the staff of the UW Health Pulmonary Medicine Clinic for giving Mike so many years with us.
